Who to ask depends on the problem.

Problems with your account

Your company's administrator creates accounts and decides which screens each person can use. Ask them if:

• you cannot sign in, or you forgot your password
• a colleague needs an account
• a screen described in this guide is missing from your sidebar

Problems with the product

Check FAQ and troubleshooting first. It covers the messages you are most likely to see.

If your problem is not there, contact support:

Email contact@softvilmedia.com.

Include these details so we can help the first time:

• what you were doing, and on which screen
• the job title or candidate name involved
• the exact wording of any message you saw
• roughly when it happened

Do not attach a candidate's CV. A CV is personal data, and the candidate's name is enough for us to find the record.
