What you can do
- Build a CV Bank. Upload CVs as PDF files. Each one becomes a structured, searchable candidate profile.
- Describe a role. Paste a job description and review the requirements that are extracted from it.
- Match candidates to the role. Every candidate gets a score, broken down so you can see what counted for and against them.
- Decide and hand over. Shortlist or reject candidates, compare them side by side, and export a report.
A note on the scores
A match score is a starting point for your judgement, not a replacement for it. Talentlens AI shows what it found in each CV so that you can check it and disagree with it.
